Our Delivery Policy


We endeavour to dispatch all parcels to EU addresses within 5 working days of your order being placed. Please note that for orders placed on weekends or public holidays, dispatch will begin once operations resume, and the 5 working day timeframe will apply from the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered via a tracked courier service. Delivery times vary by destination and are outlined below. In some circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier conditions or peak periods.

This policy applies to orders made and delivered within the EU.

If you purchased Kendamil or any Kendal Nutricare products through a third-party website or arranged delivery outside the EU, we are unable to exchange, collect, or refund these products.

Kendal Nutricare does not currently support shipping outside the EU through our EU store.

Due to concerns surrounding storage conditions and transport handling associated with freight forwarding services, we also reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be shipped to known forwarding addresses.
