preparation

For feeding your baby, add 1 level scoop of powder to each 30 ml of water (freshly boiled and cooled). Please refer to the feeding guide shown on the can and note this table should only be used as a guide. All babies are different and may require more or less than is shown. Kendamil First Infant Milk should be fed on demand. If you need more advice talk to your healthcare professional.

Step 1

Wash hands, then sterilise your feeding utensils according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2

Fill kettle with 1 litre of freshly run tap water (do not use repeatedly boiled water). Boil and leave to cool for 30 minutes, so it remains at a temperature of at least 70ºC. Measure the required water into a sterilised bottle.

Step 3

Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of levelled scoops to the bottle. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.

Step 4

Place on a sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well to dissolve powder.

Step 5

Cool to a natural body temperature. Always test the temperature of the liquid on your wrist prior to feeding your baby.

Good solution for reflux

Our baby had really bad reflux with another brand of formula, so we switched to Kendamil comfort. We started by putting baby on 100% of feeds from this formula however this actually made her constipated for 4 days, due to the lack of lactose in this. We now give half her daily feeds mainly at night with comfort and then use Kendamil infant milk during the day - this is helping our baby go to toilet regular every other day. Our baby loves Kendamil and always finishes her bottle.

Great formula

Our baby was on the orginal formula however was really struggling with colic symptoms. Crying, so fussy, really struggled to finish a bottle without pushing and kicking away. We switched to comfort and he been so much more , he is comfortably feeding, happier baby overall , only this is he is “farting” - passing wind a lot but not in a painful way at all. He is having regular bowel movement. Really happy with this product

Took away my sons reflux pain

I switched to this formula form the original Kendamil after my son would throw up large amounts and began to scream excessively with acid reflux pain. We tried things like gaviscon but long term it just isn’t feasible along with its other side effects. my son is doing a lot better, he no longer cries in pain - don’t get me wrong, still has some off sicky days but much less than before and I can deal with a few clothes changes so long as my baby isn’t screaming in pain! I hope Kendamil makes an anti reflux formula in the future too! He is also is a lot more regular when it comes to dirty nappies and struggles a lot less - he used to have only 1-2 a week now he is everyday or every other.

Veuillez lire l'avis suivant
